The Visionary Behind Our Success:

Alepson B. Ilagan

Alepson "Alep" Bueno Ilagan was a graduate of Electronics Technician from the University of Santo Tomas and possesses over 25 years of experience in the field of structured cabling and systems integration.

Alep's background is rooted in electronics, having started his career as an electronics technician. Through a series of promotions, he rose through the ranks to become a technical representative, technical supervisor, and ultimately a manager. He excelled in his role and was eventually appointed Vice President and Head of Operations at his previous company, where he oversaw various projects. Additionally, Alep's expertise extends beyond his managerial skills, as he has received specialized technical and structured cabling training in countries such as the United States, Israel, Singapore, and Thailand.

In March 2021, ICT Interconnection and Systems Integration Inc. was founded by Alep, who currently holds the positions of Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. He is responsible for overseeing the company's overall operations and managing various tasks related to its day-to-day functions, including project management, site visits, and meetings with partners and clients.
